I will provide all the pictures of the house’s exterior and interior, including drone shots for the property’s exterior. For videos, I offer two versions: a complete video lasting 5-8 minutes (sometimes longer, depending on the house) and an Instagram reel lasting 59 seconds ( Landscape)
The videos uploaded on my YouTube Channel are intended to showcase my work as a videographer. They serve as a way for potential clients to view my portfolio and make informed decisions about hiring my services
I typically deliver the data within 3 days of the shoot. However, there might be a slight delay if I have other commitments. Nonetheless, you can expect to receive the data on time in most cases I deliver on time
I am an architectural photographer and videographer. I am not involved in house design, and I do not possess a map of the house to share
I capture all possible angles of the house exterior (with drone) and the interior. I provide all the pictures I take, but there is no fixed count as it depends on the specific house
I require full payment in advance online after the shoot is completed, before beginning the editing process. You can deposit the amount into my account after the shoot is done, and then I will initiate the editing process and deliver the project afterwards
I am not involved in the selling of the property. If the house is for sale, you can contact the client mentioned in the description of all my videos
I upload all videos on my YouTube/Facebook and reels on Instagram, including all your contact details. This way, if anyone is interested in the house, they can contact you directly, which is beneficial for your business

Only the client who hired me for the services is allowed to share the video on their YouTube channel. Real estate agents or anyone else is not permitted to post the video on their channel to prevent potential copyright issues
